Since the year 1967, Taylor Machine Works has manufactured, engineered and marketed empty container handlers. The "Big Red" line of empty handlers reflects the knowledge and experience gained in those years. The Taylor empty handlers are referred to as "All American" models as they are engineered and built in the United States. Taylor is always on the cutting edge of industrial technology. The business strives to maintain their dedication of designing and building the best and most productive, most dependable container handling machinery around, anywhere within the world.
The company's empty container handlers are equipped with a huge range of masts and attachments in order to better meet your specific needs. The following is a list of models with their basic attachment and mast.
The TECDS-150H Attachment expands to be able to top pick 20 feet throughout 53 feet empty ISO standard containers and empty reefer containers. Any containers measuring over 40 feet should have standard 40 feet ISO pickup points. The attachment has electrical signal lights in the cab, 4 corner twist-locks, hydraulic slewing and 2 work lights.
The ELME attachment is engineered to handle 2 20 foot or 40 foot empty ISO standard containers simultaneously. This simultaneous ability could be carried out with the containers stacked on top of each other. Also, this attachment comes with 4 horizontal twist-locks which insert into the side apertures of the upper containers bottom corner castings and the lower container's top corner castings. The extremely specialized design of the twist-locks allows block stacking to be accomplished.
