Established during the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family business within the Northern Italy's biggest industrial location. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, various kinds of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming equipments.
During the year 1963, the company started crane production. The business eventually invested all of their financial resources and human resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and produces 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These machines are designed and engineered for various applications and there are available units that can cover all construction requirements.
FMgru has several really flexible lifting options for smaller companies working on private houses and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are among their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both extremely adaptable and user friendly. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated in close proximity to each other.
