Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts Kansas

Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts Kansas

Most normally, internal combustion or IC lift trucks are used for indoor applications such as: manufacturing, trucking, bottling and warehousing, among other things. These models ride on cushion tires which are solid rubber tires. The IC forklift units can be powered either by dual fuel, diesel or Liquid Petroleum Gas or LPG. The dual fuel models function with both gasoline and LPG. These equipment can run on either fuel but not at the same time. IC engines are Class 4 forklifts. The engine could power all functions of the truck, the hydraulics and truck.

The GO4 Series and the Nissan Forklift Platinum II models have capacities ranging from 3000 to 11,000 lbs. These units offer CARB certified dual-fuel or LPG/gasoline or LPG engines. The CARB certification on these specific engines gives them the confidence to help protect the natural environment since it enables the forklifts to produce low emissions. The environmental certifications like CARB, help employers provide their employees cleaner and therefore safer working atmosphere.

The fuel management systems offered by Nissan, the LP/Gas combinations, provide optimum engine operation to reduce exhaust emissions and provide fantastic fuel economy at the same time. Every Platinum II fork truck is standard outfitted with their compressive engine protection system in place so as to warn operators in the event of a severe drop in oil pressure or excessive heat. This particular system helps to extend your drive train and engine life to help keep your lift truck investment functioning at its optimum ability.

The dual fuel models are making a splash in the industry because lots of companies are trying to be as "green" as possible and as environmentally efficient and friendly as they can. It's also a great idea to rent the equipment for a while to see if you like the way it handles before making a huge investment. There are numerous options in the industry today and with some research, you could pick the right unit for your particular application.
